Aadhi plays Vasanth Balan film Aravan releasing in August

National Award winner director Vasantha Balan's forthcoming film Aravan is progressing on a rapid pace.

The film brings Aadhi of Eeram fame and Dhansika of Peranmai fame in the lead roles. Kabir Bedi and Archana Jose Kavi play important roles in the film.

The film is based on a periodic script which is set way back in 18th century, nearly 250 years ago. Aravan set on the back drop of Madurai and Thenkasi, the characters in the film will deliver the dialogues in the Madurai-Tenkas language and the accent too will be of that era. Vasanth is ensuring that each and every aspect in the film brings genuineness to the script.

Music is composed by playback singer Karthik. T Siva is producing the film under Amma Creations banner.

Vasanth Balan is making all efforts in releasing this periodic film in August.
